¡Continuamos hablando de nuestros trabajos de mantenimiento y pintura de parkings! En el último post os contamos una de las soluciones que nuestros técnicos aplicadores pueden llevar a cabo para darle una nueva imagen mediante la preparación y pintado del pavimento del parking. Pues bien, hoy os hablamos de otra: la limpieza y pintado de paredes y techos en parkings.
¿Por qué es tan importante realizarlas de vez en cuando? Porque al ser espacios muy sometidos al tránsito de vehículos, el humo que éstos desprenden van oscureciendo y estropeando las paredes y techos del parking. Por otro lado, también es necesario repasar las señales viales porque se van desgastando y es vital que sean perfectamente visibles.
Nuestro trabajo empieza con una limpieza a fondo que sanee las paredes y techos en las que se actuará. Los métodos de limpieza que ponemos en práctica son variados, siendo el más habitual, la limpieza de agua a presión. A continuación, procedemos a aplicar la pintura en el parking, sobre puertas, pilares, columnas, bordillos… El último paso consiste en pintar las señalizaciones viales del parking.
Como siempre decimos, es recomendable que estos trabajos los lleve a cabo personal especializado, que sepa estudiar la superficie y en función a esta, escoja el material más adecuado y resistente para el parking en cuestión.
